Hi, I'm Liz Howard. I'm the founder of Up2eleven, a Business Psychologist and Executive coach.
I created Up2eleven around a simple idea: helping people turn things "up to eleven" — to think bigger, stretch beyond perceived limits and achieve more than they thought possible.
